Specialy Mr.Melad from reception he was very helpful polite and supported as perfectly.
As for the staff, I'd like to thank very much our room service, "Mr Salman", very attentive, very attentive to our customers, a lovely person, funny...!!!
Then a good reception with a super manager in charge.
We had the opportunity to try the Mongolian restaurant with its delicious cuisine (not to be missed), thanks to "Mr Akram" who was a great catering manager.
Good all-you-can-eat food, although the only downside was that the staff were friendly but a little inefficient.

The staff are amazing and happy. The waiters, bartenders and housekeepers.
The animation also do their best to make an amazing shows and entertain all with their morning, afternoon and evening activities.
In general, I would say the hotel was a good place for an enjoyable holiday
